Arts Based & Mixed Methods Research Innovation
Applying and advancing mixed methods design and integration, with a particular focus on arts-MMR, collaborative MMR, and qualitatively driven designs
What we do
We bring together quantitative data and qualitative insight to provide a complete understanding of complex questions. We advance the integration of diverse ways of knowing, including knowledge from arts based and collaborative approaches to attend to real world complexity. By combining statistical analysis with lived experiences and personal narratives, we produce evidence that is both rigorous and deeply meaningful. Our mixed methods approach helps identify not only what is happening, but why thus supporting informed decision-making, policy development, and real-world impact.
Projects

Examining the Integrative Potential of Visual Timelines in Mixed Methods Research
A methodological review of timelines in mixed methods. This review promotes best practices and wider use of timelines to advance mixed methods integration using visual methods, moving beyond the joint display.
